Yukon Cornelius, a friend of Rudolph's backs the monster upto a large snow ditch and the monster falls in.At the end we discover that this particular monster bounces and so did not die when it fell into the snow ditch. Also that Yukon Cornelius & Herbie the elf managed to rehabilatate the snow monster by pulling out all its teeth .and it helps out by putting the star at the top of Santa's Christmas tree.Most major video store's have the video. Go and rent it.

His name was Yukon Cornelius...but the Abominable Snowmonster wasn't dead. He bounced back up from the canyon he fell into and Yukon and Herbie tamed him by removing his teeth. The snowmonster ended up putting the star at the top of the Christmas tree at the end!
